Refuge After Dark

We have some exciting news! You’re invited to our first event in 2025! We’re calling at Refuge After Dark!

On Friday, February 28th starting at 4:00pm, we will gather at FCC.

A bus will take Middle Schoolers to Whirlyball in Bloomington for whirlyball, bowling and laser tag. Pizza and soda provided!

A bus will take High Schoolers to The Game Show Studio in Roseville for a rousing, all-inclusive experience where students participate in a game show followed by a Chipotle bar for dinner.

Students will return to FCC for dessert, and (weather permitting), a bonfire and s’mores!

We will wrap up around 8:30pm.

One Accord Prayer

8:00AM in Classroom 3 at FCC

Be part of the One Accord Prayer team and make a difference through prayer. This dedicated group meets every Sunday at 8AM in Classroom 3 at FCC to pray for our church, its ministries, and the day’s services.

Whether you’re passionate about prayer or looking for a way to serve, all are welcome to join.

Create Winter Retreat

Camp Lebanon, Burtrum, MN

The Create Retreat is a 3-night get-away event for women (with an option for a 2-night stay). We want women to have the opportunity to be together, enjoy food and fun, and have time to focus on hobbies you love. Bring a craft, sewing project, book, planner/organizer…you decide!

TWO TRIP OPTIONS:

  • 3 NIGHTS: $250 February 27 – March 2, 2025 (Thursday, 2pm – Sunday, 4pm)
  • 2 NIGHTS: $179 February 28 – March 2, 2025 (Friday, anytime – Sunday, 4pm)

COST INCLUDES: Sleeping room, craft space, and meals. Bedding is not included. Participants can bring their own bedding and towels or rent from camp for $15.

NYE 2024 Worship and Prayer Night

at Faith Community Church

Over the past year we have been asking God to teach us to pray together as a church in new ways. As we usher in the new year, let’s ask that God gives us an increase of hunger for prayer and hunger for his presence with us. Join us on Dec. 31st @ 4:30 pm for worship, communion, and corporate and small group prayer. We will ask for God’s Kingdom to come, and his will to be done in our church and our community this year. Let’s deepen our prayer life, and seek God’s guidance for the coming year.

The Marriage Course

The Marriage Course at FCC is a weekly date night series for you and your spouse. Each session, you will have a table for two, be served fresh-made dinner and dessert, and will be provided a facilitated night of connection and discussion with one another.

The course materials are from The Marriage Course, which exists to help couples build strong foundations, communicate effectively, and resolve differences. The video teachings explore different topics through conversations with real couples, insights from experts, and teaching with tools to apply to your marriage. The Marriage Course is built on Christian principles but is designed for all married couples, with or without a church background.

Each night will also include breaks for you and your spouse to have private, intimate conversations as you reflect on the material.

Cost: $125 per couple, which includes:

  • Weekly dinner and dessert
  • A Marriage Course workbook for each person
  • Weekly video teaching
  • Childcare for ages 0-5 (child registration required)

This is your chance to reconnect, refresh, and invest in your marriage.

Christmas at FCC

2:30, 4:30, & 6:30pm

We hope you and your family will join us on December 24 for Christmas at FCC.  

Christmas services will be on Dec 24 at 2:30, 4:30, and 6:30pm. Our services will include traditional music, a message from Pastor Tim Prince, and a candle-lighting to the music: Silent Night.

KIDS
Your children are welcome with you in the service. There will be childcare for ages 0-5 and an in-service activity for children in grades K-3. When you RSVP, you can indicate if you’d like childcare for ages 0-5.

INVITE FRIENDS
We encourage you to invite guests and family members who would be willing to attend church with you for Christmas.

RECEPTION
Cookies and beverages will be served in the Refuge Room for those who would like to stay after the service.

Refuge invites you to join us for a 90s-themed Silent Disco in the Refuge Room! This event promises an exciting mix of games, food, and fun, all set to the backdrop of your favorite 90s tunes.

This is a great opportunity to bring your friends—whether one or more or all. No registration is required, just show up and get ready for a night of dancing and laughter.
