Baptism at FCC
Are you ready to be baptized?
When you say YES to Jesus, you admit you are a sinner, believe that Jesus died and rose again for you for the forgiveness sins, and commit to following Jesus. Baptism is a public way we can share with others the change Jesus has made on the inside.
At Faith Community, baptism is a celebration. We think it’s the best picture of what life-change looks like. Just watch for information on the next date for baptisms and sign up to be baptized at the link below.
“Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.”
Matt 28:19
Scripture indicates belief proceeds baptism.
Read Acts 2:41, Acts 8:12, 1 Peter 3:21, Acts 2:38, Acts 16:31-32
How old should children be to be baptized?
When they are able to give a profession of faith, please contact a Pastor to discuss your next steps.
Sign Up For Baptism
An important step in following Jesus is baptism. In consultation with local health workers, we want to offer you an opportunity to take a next step to be baptized. If you have said yes to following Jesus, but haven’t been baptized yet, we invite you to sign up to be baptized.
NEXT BAPTISM: SUNDAY, AUGUST 27, 2023
If you are hesitant because of COVID-19 concerns to join us on campus for your baptism, we would love to assist you in celebrating your relationship with Jesus in a setting more helpful to you. Whether you’d like to be baptized during an in-person service or in a different setting, please sign up, and Pastor Larry Szyman will follow up with you.
